The classes are categorized by type of craft/activity and by level of experience required (beginner, intermediate, advanced). A few of my favorite things about Craftsy include the: ability to view projects that other students completed for each course BEFORE signing up for the course. knowledgeable instructors who are almost always great instructors. communication with other by following and comments on their projects. many free courses and that courses frequently go on sale. ability to add courses to a wish list to order at a later date. ability to ...     My little container garden is now producing fruits, veggies and tons of herbs! I’ve been waiting for it to give me something to eat, and it is! My tomatillo, jalapeno, and thai purple eggplant plants are still trying to produce (i.e. have blossoms), and I’m holding on to hope.   Read more »

I absolutely love blueberries, but I must confess that I’ve never made blueberry pancakes from scratch. Really no pancakes from scratch. Ever. No, really.     kate apple date salad I’ve eaten kale a few times in salads, but I can’t say I’ve really been a fan. However because kale is so good for me, I wanted to figure out how to make it more tasty. This recipe does just that. The earthiness of the kale, olive oil and almonds, the sweetness of the dates and honey crisp apple, the saltiness from the cheese, and the acid from the lemon juice had me curling my toes with each bite.
